Remodel FR 1 Description We removed the old portion of the house, saved the existing foundation and floor and build a new addition. We worked with designers and engineers to incorporate a garage in to the existing floor/foundation and matched the new addition to the style of the rest of the house.

Remodel FR 1 cont. Description The interior of the house meets or exceeds all the building and energy codes. The interior was a lot of custom work. We worked with the home owner through out the project to make necessary alteration to the design. Also, we arranged all the cooking and living accommodations for the duration of the project. The site was cleaned up and seeded at the end of the project. Ready to move back in.
